The 6000CD is our mid-sized, manual fill pressurized steam cleaner. The 6000CD is made for everyday use with its stainless steel construction, 4.5L boiler tank, 4.5 bar pressure, and 105°C steam temperature. This unit features 4 safety systems, a blowdown valve to help maintain its life and performance, a heavy-duty contactor switch, as well as an adjustable steam nozzle and foot pedal for control. Made in Italy.

Pressurized steam is ideally suited for use for industrial or commercial settings where sanitization and disinfection is required. Particularly suited for instances where traditional methods of cleaning are challenging.

Pressurized steam provides a faster and more effective way of disinfecting and sanitizing. Steam vapor can kill up to 99.9% of germs, bacteria and viruses commonly found in commercial and industrial settings.

STEAM GUN

The 3000DA steam gun comes with an 6’ steam hose and quick connect fittings. The small diameter opening gives a very concentrated amount of steam.

OUR BOILERS

Our professional boilers are designed with the best materials, quality and craftsmanship. The tank is made of high-grade stainless steel, eliminating the chance of rust and contamination of the water supply. The copper element is an excellent conductor, and delivers an even heat dispersion inside of the tank. With a 4.5L boiler, the large tank allows for up to 6 hours of continuous steaming.

4 SAFETY SYSTEMS

Pressure switch, probe safety thermostat on the heating element, safety cap with safety valve, and  low water indicator.

PRESSURE GAUGE

Provides a constant, visual indicator of the internal boiler pressure.

BLOW DOWN VALVE

Cleaning the inside of the 6000CD is a simple task with the supplied blow down valve.

EXTERNAL SOLENOID VALVE WITH QUICK RELEASE

The 6000CD is equipped with an external solenoid for complete steam control. The solenoid allows the user to manually adjust steam output for complete steam control. The quick release fitting allows for easy removal and connecting of a wide variety of accessories.
