The 8000IS automatic steam boiler is part of a new generation of highly flexibly, professional, Made in Italy steam iron stations. It’s raison d’être, is its ability to go from an external direct water feed to an external water supply with a 5L boiler tank. This is done with the turn of a lever inside the unit. Everything else you expect from a Reliable iron station is included; Ranco pressure control, heavy-duty contactor switch, blowdown valve, and 2100IR 32-chamber steam iron.

IT’S ALL ABOUT THE STEAM

The 8000IS excels at producing quality, dry, pressurized steam. Pressurized steam is the fastest and most efficient way of ironing. It allows the fibers of the fabric to be softened quicker, with the weight and heat of the iron laying the fibers down flat. This creates the crisp and clean finish demanded by professionals.

2100IR STEAM IRON

Iron with 7' steam hose and quick connects is lightweight, has comfortable (cork handle) and uses commercial grade standard parts.

20 AMPS OF POWER

Your Reliable ironing station is a combination of a 1200W boiler and 800W iron, for a total of 2000W. Therefore, an isolated line with a 20 amp receptacle is required for the unit to plug into. Contact your local electrician for more information.

OUR BOILERS

Our professional boilers are designed with the best materials, quality, and craftsmanship. The tank is made of high-grade stainless steel eliminating the chance of rust and contamination of the water supply. With a 4.5L Boiler, direct water lineup hookup provides continuous steam for an unlimited amount of time. The copper element is an excellent conductor and delivers even heat dispersion inside the tank

BLOW DOWN VALVE

Cleaning the inside of the 8000IS is a simple task with the supplied blow down valve.

PRESSURE GAUGE

A pressure gauge is standard on the 8000IS. It gives you a constant, visual indicator of the internal boiler pressure.

EXTERNAL SOLENOID VALVE WITH QUICK RELEASE

The 8000IS is equipped with an external solenoid for complete steam control. The solenoid allows the user to manually adjust steam output for complete steam control. The quick release fitting allows for easy removal and connecting of a wide variety of accessories.
