The 7500BU is our largest manual fill unit with a 9L boiler tank, 4.0 bar pressure, all stainless steel construction. It features multiple safety systems, a blowdown valve to help maintain its life and performance and  a heavy-duty contactor switch. As this unit functions only with 220V electricity, you can use it with two 220V irons or an iron and a 3800IA brush, your choice!

With the 7500BU you can also add our optional (#1300IA) water feed valve.

(Please note the 7500BU is the boiler only. Irons/steam brushes are extra.)

 

IT’S ALL ABOUT THE STEAM

The 7500BU excels at producing quality, dry, pressurized steam. Pressurized steam is the fastest and most efficient way of ironing. It allows the fibers of the fabric to be softened quicker, with the weight and heat of the iron laying the fibers down flat. This creates the crisp and clean finish demanded by professionals.

TWO SOLENOID VALVES

Unlike the 7000IS, the 7500BU has 2 solenoid valves, and therefore must operate with 220V voltage. On the 7500BU, the steam accessories (irons etc.) are also sold separately.

OUR BOILERS

Our professional boilers are designed with the best materials, quality, and craftsmanship. The tank is made of high-grade stainless steel eliminating the chance of rust and contamination of the water supply. With a 9L Boiler, the large tank allows for up to 8 hours of continuous steaming. The copper element is an excellent conductor and delivers even heat dispersion inside the tank.

4 SAFETY SYSTEMS

The 7500BU has 4 safety systems including a pressure switch, probe safety thermostat on the heating element, safety cap with safety valve, and a low water indicator.

BLOW DOWN VALVE

Cleaning the inside of the 7500BU is a simple task with the supplied blow down valve.

PRESSURE GAUGE

A pressure gauge is standard on the 7500BU. It gives you a constant, visual indicator of the internal boiler pressure.

EXTERNAL SOLENOID VALVE WITH QUICK RELEASE

The 7500BU is equipped with an external solenoid for complete steam control. The solenoid allows the user to manually adjust steam output for complete steam control. The quick release fitting allows for easy removal and connecting of a wide variety of accessories.
